We offer 3 different packages. Core which is £100 per month, Plus which is £200 per month and Elite which is £300 per month. Please note that you can cancel anytime ahead of the payment date and will continue to receive the plan chosen for that month, however, if a payment has been taken for the month you will not receive a refund for that month as you will continue to receive the services and the plan will finish at the date the next month would've begun.

Yes, we offer nutritional guidance as part of our personal training packages. We believe that proper nutrition is essential for achieving your fitness goals. It is worth noting that none of the plans come with strict diet plans. We will do a macro break down as well as reviewing current diet and changes that could be made to make it better, but from our experience a strict diet plan never bodes well in the long term.

Yes, we offer complete online personal training, so no matter where you are around the world you can work with us.

Yes, all of our plans are personalised, that includes even the Lite training plan. All our plans are tailored around you, what equipment you have available, any injuries that might prevent you to be able to do certain exercises, goals you want to achieve and this also relates to the nutritional advice and macro breakdown.

This will all be done through the App. You will have unlimited access to us, ability to message us with any questions you have or advice you need. We will also have regular calls to discuss how the plan is going and also evaluate progress. The frequency of these calls will be dependent on your chosen plan.

Following the onboarding call, we will look to get your program turned around in 48 hours, with it being no longer than 72 hours.
